NUVZEA – Returns & Withdrawal Policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the goods, if you ordered one or more items within a single order that were delivered at the same time;
-
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the last item, if multiple items within a single order were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this by sending an email to:

You may, but are not required to, use the withdrawal form provided below.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you selected a different delivery method than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have either:

received the returned goods, or
-
you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

for goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly;
-
for alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract but may only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
-
for newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (excluding subscriptions).
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
-
for goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
-
for sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
